To further strengthen inter-school exchanges and further promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses, on 8 March, Pu Chuanxin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, went to Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) to carry out study and research at NUAA's School of Marxism, together with Shen Zhengfu, Professor of the School of Marxism of Bengbu Medical University. Wang Yang, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of NUAA, He Wei, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Marxism, Wang Zhi, dean of the School of Marxism, Que Yu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and Chen Honggui, vice President of the School of Marxism, participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, Wang Zhi introduced the basic situation of the School in terms of faculty, teaching organisation, scientific research achievements, and direction of efforts. He Wei focused on curriculum reform and innovation and introduced the organisation of special courses, students' perceptions, and the interaction between teachers and students. Chen Honggui focused on the practical teaching of ideological and political theory courses, characteristics of the practice, and students' harvest, etc.
Wang Yang and Que Yu introduced the background of "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for College Students, the selected topics, the innovative topics of some domestic colleges and universities that won the gold medals, as well as the accumulation of the preliminary stage, the display of the results, the characteristics of the condensation, the college organisation and declaration, and the follow-up of the project.
In the end, both Pu Chuanxin and Shen Zhengfu said that they were very grateful for the study and research opportunities given by NUAA and they had gained a lot from practical teaching, special projects and student competitions, they also had a clearer idea of how to broaden the students' sense of access to the ideological and political theory course.
